GENERALS :The new recloser RG25 is a development of the ARCRB23 installed at more than 35,000 pieces. The RG25 is used for circuit breakers General Electric with rise button.
The RG25 allows some technical possibilities as for example the upstream mains fault detection giving to the administrator a perfect remote view of the mains state: circuit breaker tripped or no mains provided by the supplier

Downstream = Circuit breaker tripped
Battery = Low Voltage on battery
Standby : 15mn with no activity drives the recloser in a waiting state needing less than 100µA)
Cadmium-Nickel Battery (long-life : 8 years on average)
ON and OUT SERVICE selected by a slide switch with visible position
Number of attempt memorised by a COUNTER (OPTION)
Remote Tripping (OPTION)
Plug in/out protection system PROTEC2000 (easy to replace)
