PRINCIPLE OF FUNCTIONING OF RECLOSER FOR CIRCUIT BREAKER - STANDARD VERSION :

- PERMANENT FAULT : After reclosing,very rapidly simulate another trip (less than 2 seconds), the recloser must not attempt to reclose the circuit breaker (except if the configuration allows it - see Permanent Inhibiting Fault Option).
NB : the red indicator lights up and the alarm contact opens

- TRANSIENT FAULT : After reclosing, wait about 5 seconds and simulate tripping again, the recloser must repeat the previous cycle
NB: the red indicator must flash throughout the entire time delay
